Each person is different and each path to balanced health will be different it isn’t about the best diet. It is about your best life and how food, fitness and self care can bring you closer or further away from the life you want.

Kettlebell &TRX

Traditional weight training can become boring and your progress may stagnate. Adding Kettlebell and TRX Certifications to my repertoire tapped into the part or me that enjoys the flowing movement of yoga and dance while improving my strength and metabolism. Kettlebell ignites those stabilizer muscles that bring your fitness to the next level. TRX forces your body to work as a system recruiting muscles from head to toe for example even during a biceps curl or row this allows us to challenge or support you in ways not possible with traditional equipment or bodyweight.

Pre and Post Natal

Preparing your body before, caring for your health during and restoring your fitness for new life with baby begins with listening to what your body needs.

Some moms may need to improve their strength or learn to lengthen and relax those tense tired muscles most of us need both.

With a science based program identifying what your body needs at each stage we will support your journey and care for your body.
