Meditation

Meditation has been an invaluable tool for my mental health. After completing courses through the Shambhala centre Halifax as well as the Meditation teacher certification through Aura Wellness centre. I have learned to use meditation as a way to find more joy in everyday life. Learning to slow the racing mind and not let our thoughts control our feelings has changed the way I act and react to the difficult times we all face.

This skill can be honed and trained much like our muscles. Incorporated into an exercise routine or during the process of habit change Meditation is another tool towards a healthier more enjoyable lifestyle.
