My mission is to help others find joy in exercising, nutrition and lifestyle changes. Exercise and healthy eating should be a gift not a punishment.

My journey into self improvement began with restriction binging then harsh criticism. After an ADHD diagnosis I learned that eating well and exercise can help with symptoms. My mindset changed. Instead of eating for restriction I ate to feel well. Exercise boosted my rock bottom self esteem.
